PANITA VONGKUSOLKIT- Chief Executive Officer of MSF Sugar Pty LtdPanita is the Chief Executive Officer of MSF Sugar, a role she has held since 2026. She also serves as a Board Director of Mitr Phol Group and sits on the Group’s Investment Committee. Panita began her career in corporate strategy and business development at Mitr Phol Group before moving to London, where she served as an Investment Manager at a specialist mid-market private equity firm. She has since returned to the Group in a senior leadership capacity, bringing with her a combination of deep organisational knowledge and hands-on expertise in investment execution and operational value creation. Panita holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Economics and Finance) and Arts (History) from the University of Sydney, Australia, and a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD. |

JIA POONTANASOMBAT – Chief Financial Officer of MSF Sugar and Company SecretaryBSc (Ag), BBus, MBE Jia has been involved with agricultural and sugar industry since 1997 in various experiences where she worked with banks in Economic Research, Credit Management and Customer Relationship including MIS for 8 years. After that she moved to work with Mitr Phol Group in Finance, Accounting and Business Development. She is a key member who developed and formed new businesses involving Sugar Supply Chain in Thailand and Overseas in the areas of Clean Energy, Biomass Cogeneration, Ethanol, and other value-added products from sugar and by-products such as fertilizer, etc. |

MARK MAGNANINI – STRATEGIC PROGRAM DIRECTOR AND HEAD OF CANE SUPPLYB Commerce (Financial) (Management) Mark has over 28 years’ experience in the Australian Sugar Industry, holding senior management roles across milling, farming, and grower interface sectors. As a Business Manager with MSF Sugar, he supports business analysis, growth opportunities, and major project delivery. He has led and assisted teams in large-scale projects in Australia and internationally, specialising in project assessment, risk management, evaluation and project delivery. Mark project managed MSF Sugar’s first $100M, 24 MW Green Energy Power Plant and now leads cane supply, grower relations, and government engagement. |

BRAD EGERTON – General CounselBrad joined MSF Sugar in 2017 as general counsel. Prior to joining MSF Sugar, Brad was a senior associate in the projects team of an international law firm, acting for many of Australia’s largest companies in various sectors of the Australian economy, including energy and resources, transport and logistics (including road, rail and air), telecommunications, property development and agribusiness. Brad has a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Master of Laws. |
