KRISDA MONTHIENVICHIENCHAI – Vice Chairman of the Executive Committee Mitr Phol Group and Designated Director of MSF Sugar Pty Ltd

Krisda is Director and Vice Chairman of the Executive Board of Mitr Phol Group.  He was CEO of the company and has a background in finance, including with the Wharton Advanced Management Program at Wharton University of Pennsylvania.

He joined Mitr Phol group in 1997 as Chief Financial Officer and during his 10-year term as CFO, the company expanded its sugar business to incorporate renewable energy production by the addition of green energy power plants and ethanol facilities.  During his time with Mitr Phol Group, the company has invested in China, Australia, Indonesia and Lao.  Mitr Phol Group now ranks as the no.2 sugar producer in the world.

ARTIT PRASOBSOM – Head of Production of MSF Sugar

Artit is the Head of Production of MSF Sugar and has been with the Mitr Phol Group since 2003.  During his time at Mitr Phol, he has made a significant contribution to several business units, including  the company’s Wood Substitute Material business, as well as in Energy and Sugar.  He received a bachelor’s degree in engineering majoring in production engineering and a master’s degree of science in technology management.

JIA POONTANASOMBAT – Chief Financial Officer of MSF Sugar and Company Secretary

BSc (Ag), BBus, MBE

Jia has been involved with agricultural and sugar industry since 1997 in various experiences where she worked with banks in Economic Research, Credit Management and Customer Relationship including MIS for 8 years. After that she moved to work with Mitr Phol Group in Finance, Accounting and Business Development. She is a key member who developed and formed new businesses involving Sugar Supply Chain in Thailand and Overseas in the areas of Clean Energy, Biomass Cogeneration, Ethanol, and other value-added products from sugar and by-products such as fertilizer, etc.

BRAD EGERTON – General Counsel

Brad joined MSF Sugar in 2017 as general counsel.  Prior to joining MSF Sugar, Brad was a senior associate in the projects team of an international law firm, acting for many of Australia’s largest companies in various sectors of the Australian economy, including energy and resources, transport and logistics (including road, rail and air), telecommunications, property development and agribusiness.  Brad has a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Master of Laws.
